GRIFS AG mobile app Privacy Policy

1.1. you have Monitoring&Response contract with UAB “GRIFS AG”;

1.2. you have not entered into Monitoring&Response contract with UAB “GRIFS AG”, however, you have given permission (consent) to the person (natural or legal) who has such contract with UAB “GRIFS AG” to include you (your name, surname and mobile phone number) in the list of responsible persons for Monitoring&Response contract.

1.3. you have mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.);

1.4. you have installed “GRIFS AG” mobile app on your mobile device.

2.1. “GRIFS AG” mobile app services are personalized, therefore your personal data and other information provided by you to UAB “GRIFS AG” shall be used during the provision of Monitoring&Response service.

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain to you what mobile app user data and other information shall be collected, how it shall be stored, processed and for what purpose they shall be used.

2.3. UAB “GRIFS AG” respects your privacy and ensures that the data you provide shall be collected and used exclusively in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7.2. You are responsible for the security of your mobile device, therefore you must ensure that the mobile device you use complies with the technical and security guidelines.

7.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that you personally use “GRIFS AG” mobile app’s services, and you must ensure that third parties do not have access to your mobile device and do not know or use your login details.

7.4. To ensure the protection of data you provided to UAB “GRIFS AG”, in the case of mobile device loss and/or transfer it to third parties, as well as in case of disclosing your data (including login details) and/or any other circumstances jeopardize the loss of the mobile device and / or your data may be used by third parties, you must immediately inform UAB “GRIFS AG” (by phone +370 618 08 001, by email klientas@grifsag.lt).

7.5. Your personal data may be provided to third parties only in exceptional cases established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.6. You have the right to get acquainted with your personal data processed by UAB GRIFS AG, to receive information from which sources such data was collected, for what purpose they are processed, the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data and other rights specified in the law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of Republic of Lithuania, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
